I made this layout for my daughter's album...she is such a great little gal. TFL!

Journaling:
You were in kindergarten, outside for recess when some kids started teasing Raenu because her skin is so dark. This really hurt Raenu's feelings, & then you, the smallest in your class took a stand! You told those kids they were mean, that they should NOT tease anyone & that Raenu was your BEST friend! WOW! I am just so, SO PROUD of YOU! And you didn't even tell me about this, Raenu's mom called me & told me what you did & how much it meant to Raenu & her family - girl, you ROCK! Always stand up for what you believe! Because you stood up for Raenu, those kids ended up apologizing to her for what they said!

Patterned Paper: (blue dot & red stripe) My Mind’s Eye; (pink dot) Imagination Project; (brown scroll) American Crafts; (aqua floral & green dot circles) Scenic Route Paper Co.
Sticker Tape, “SHE” Slide, & (pink) Chipboard Alpha: Heidi Swapp.
Stickers: (“ROCKS”) Tiny Alphas, Making Memories; (“PROUD”) Remarks, Hickory, American Crafts; (red) Vintage Label, Li’l Davis Designs.
Chipboard: (“you” & arrow) Basic Grey.
Rickrack: (blue) Basic Grey; (red & pink) Making Memories.
Acrylic Paint: Making Memories.
Pen: (black) Slick Writer, American Crafts; (white) Uniball Signo, Mitsubishi.
Other: for the green wings I used the waste from a sheet of Foofala punch out tags to trace onto my patterned paper & cut out.
