Obviously these are professional photos. I made a promise to myself when JT was born that I would have his pictures taken by someone else at least once a year and believe it or not I have done that. Once Jacey came along I, of course, started having hers done with him and then each of them alone. JT has always been very cooperative when we have done these, which is part of what the journaling talks about. I chose lego paper because as 3 year old there wasn't anything else in his life.
