I used a sketch from Scrapbook Generations. I made 3 pinwheels, and used stickers from a K&Company set. The papers are from a Paper Studios stack. I used the flag stamps to get the pennants the same size. I always had troubles with that, but now I just stamp the outline and voila, I know exactly where to cut every time!
