This is made from 2 envelopes next to each other overlapped and glued at the flap. My daugter was throwing away the vellum envelopes and I salvaged them and made this with scraps. I heat embossed with dark blue a ribbon slide die cut drom chipboard. This is literally scraps of aluminum tape from an earlier card and the flags are the cut away from a cheerly lynn lace strip. TFL. blessings.
