I struggled all month with the art inspiration on our scrapbooking discussion board. I knew I wanted to use this picture, but our art piece asked for brown shades, and they didn't suit the picture as well as I first thought. I was about to quit when I saw the beautiful kit fot an online store contest (Discount Scrapbook Supplies). The olive and yellow colors of the papers would have been perfect for my picture! So I went though my stacks of paper and cardstock to find some in those shades (no, I didn't order the kit yet…) and came up with this layout that is still art inspired, as I respected the overall design, and that I'm very pleased with!
