Give a Cheer
This started as a card for my mom but turned into a gift tag instead. I tied it to a kraft colored gift bag, gave her this beautiful tag and a tea pot. I used Prima's Tales of You and me for the tag base, fussy cut flower boarder, created a butterfly with leaves from a flower pack, used oil pastel in violet, lavender, and magenta for the color, added glass glitter to the wings. I included lace, flowers, and memory hardware chain with jewelry elements, siic, ribbon, and dimensional paint along the boarder.
