This is a standard slimline card made with white cardstock, then layered with black cardstock and patterned paper (LDRS The Sweet Life).
I got the sentiment from the paper pack (cut it from one of the 12x12 sheets. I added a ribbon and a bow.
I added some rhinestones to add interest.
