This art installation at the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, by artist Spencer Finch, really makes you stop and just take it all in. There are 2,983 individual watercolor squareseach representing a victim of the 2001 (and 1993) attacks. Each square also symbolizes the idea of memory. While most remember the sky being a clear bright blue, the exact color is based on the individual perception of color.
