I used a really cool acetate paper that I cut to only use the circles (and put it on 12x12 white card stock, and the remainder of the acetate I backed the heart and paw ring with. I used a cut a part for the "ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE AND A DOG" and put it under the acetate. I also used a Hero Arts stamp and die set for the manatee and sea grass, inked it and did splatters to finish it off.
