I used Bazzill Basics for the card, dotted PP, satin ribbon, scallop circle, & circles cut from Mini Monograms Cricut cartridge, a chipboard heart covered with lime green paper & inked & a button with ribbon, flower with a rhinestone & 'best wishes' is a rub-on. I hand drew the spots on the scallops with a gel pen
