Journaling reads:Though other animals come and go, Jacob has had these four "friends" for most of his life. Each one has a name, Baby Bear, Boo Boo Bear, Bernie, and the newest friend, Tex. They are the ones he turns to for comfort. They've been by his side during trips, sleepovers, good dreams and bad. Jacob even makes sure they keep each other company when he is not around. I would have never imagined he would have such a strong attachment! They were his first friends and his love for them still runs deep. (age 4 1/2 July 2008)
