Pattern paper, cardstock for photo mat, journaling and letters. Journaling says: Jasen had his first doctor visit with Dr. Harmond on April 2nd when he was 2 weeks old. He was a happy and healty newborn but was not quite at his birth weight of 7 pounds and 8 ounces. Dr. Harmond requested we come back the following week for them to weigh him again, hoping he would be closer to 8 pounds. The following weeks we went back and Jasen weighed in at 8 pounds and 3 ounces! 2 months later, we went back for his first round of shots and he weighed 13 pounds, 4 ounces and was 24.5 inches long!
