This is my third attempt at making a diaper cake. I still have a little trouble getting the ribbon to stay centered. I have tried safety pins and hot glue and I still always find it moving around. This gift was for my sister-in-law and what I have done from the begining is I will buy the little things the mother-to be has registered for and add them to the cake. This way not only are they getting more diapers but they are also getting items off of their registry. I usually include a stuffed animal, and the cereal divider on top along with bottles,pacifiers, washcloths, onesies, teething rings and the Johnson and Johnson powders or lotions.
