This is for the Sassy Blinging Babes April Challenge. The requirements were to scrap someone or something special to you, the LO must have a title, bling, and journaling.
I scrapped about my baby brother. The journaling is hidden on a large tag peeking out from behind the picture. I used a LOT of bling... The pp has glittery polka dots, the brad in the flowers are glittery, and I used a rhinestone flourish along the side of the photo.
