Can you believe another layout in a couple of days??!! How does she do it you ask?? Grandma and Grandpa have been over for a couple of days! LOL!
A quick shot I snapped of Daddy and Isabelle while he was playing with her one day. He was talking and making faces and she was obviously captivated!
I love the way 2dogs is always using doilies in her layouts, so I thought I'd give it a try. I cut out the centre part of the doilie and the outer edge as well because I just wanted a lacey effect. I stained it with a tea bag so that it would look older and not so brand spanking WHITE!!
I altered the pic digitally using Adobe Photoshop and some cool rhonna farrer flourish brushes. The quote on the pic reads:
I don't need no one to tell me about heaven.
I look at my daughter and I believe.
I added 'pearls' with fabric paint. The butterflies I stamped with versamark ink, embossed with gold powder and cut them out.
For some reason the pic doesn't make the colours look as vivid as they are IRL. I'll try another one later in different light.
