I bought this from Target. I bought two sets and used part of one of the sets for shelves. The shelves are attached with plastics ties. I stole this idea from someone else on scrapbook.com. I keep scraps in the canvas bin on top. I purchased it at Wal-Mart as a set of 2 for $11. I love these bins!
