I got this idea for the layout from Quay. She designed a nice Halloween page. (Check out the web address below.) The paper I used to frame the collage came from the Scrapbook page-a-day calendars. The same with the captions "Stars & Stripes Forever", "Home of the Brave", "Land of the free", and "Hurray for the Red White and Blue". I used chipboard letters and covered up with red, white, and blue cardstock paper to create the title USA.
