For a contest at SiStv. We were given a 3" tin plate and told to alter it any way we chose. I saw a woman's face in the plate, so I went from there.
Pipe cleaners were glimmer misted. Dress was handpainted onto Sticky-back canvas. Shoes are drawn onto gaffer tape.
