My dad enlisted into the Navy and was given the Mineman position working out of Pearl Harbor. He worked there some time after the bombing. I recently found a list of his fellow minemen on the web, and some historical documentation about the yard, which is part of this page. Notice the insignia is a picture of a floating bomb. Update - The anchor was cut from clipart I found on the internet, imported into Klic-n-Kut and then cut out. The braided circle started out as a Navy emblem, I grabbed the rope border only in my Klic-N-Kut die cut program and cut it out. I have these files in knk or svg if you want, just PM me.
