Homemade version of clip it up in place of a shelf

I had a shelf that was not serving much of a purpose...and a large basket of embellishments that were organized by theme (baby, birthday, etc) but that were not easily seen without removing them all and flipping through them. This was frustrating bc I couldn't SEE what I had, or worse FIND what I was looking for when I knew I had one. Part of the problem was that things can often be filed in more than one category. Having seen the clip it up, I wanted one, but I found it to be very pricey, and I lacked the space to put it. When I was browsing other's galleries I noticed others improvising by using AN INEXPENSIVE TENSION CURTAIN ROD AND BASIC SHOWER CURTAIN HOOKS. TOTAL COST...UNDER $10.00!!! I know it may not look as pretty as the clip it up but it has increased my use of items that I forgot I had...plus it is right above the sewing machine/cricut where I sit most often and I don't have to even get up to find stuff! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!
