Very creative, love that it is about you and your fear of them. That is what it is all about, passin a little of us along to someone else later in life. Great idea.
LOL FUNNY. Yes you could be afraid of balloons like one of my sisters......She can't even open biscuits because of the popping noise. She has to put them in a bag and throw them at the floor....
It's pretty funny Sharon but I know alot of people agree with you and I'm terrified of horses which most people love so I understand how you feel. I love your "gusts of wind", the whole lo is cute.
I know why you hate it .... it looks like an airplane propeller ... and who would want to get to close to that!!! Love the page and love the title! (I hate a fan blowing on my neck ... I have neck issues)
LOL!!! How funny that you did a LO on this!!!! BTW....the LO is too cute. I'm allergic to dust, so ceiling fans are not on my most loved list. Have you ever looked to see how much dust those things have on them?!!!
Sharon, I have a fan in almost every room of my house, too, so obviously I don't share your phobia... but this Walmart fan is S*C*A*R*Y. Looks like something from a Stephen King novel. Love the crystals as wind - perfect!
LOL!!!!!! You just made me laugh at loud!!!!!! We all have our phobias!!!!! My little kitty cat would never walk into a room when a ceiling fan was turned on!!!!!! I love your layout!
You better not come to my house....you would be horrified....we have a ceiling fan in nearly every room!! (Are you quaking in your boots????) I have the ceiling fan in my bedroom on almost every night; even on the coldest winter night. It helps me go to sleep. I guess I am a tru FANatic! Love your LO, Sharon, and it was fun getting to know this side you! P.S., that WalMart fan IS pretty scary looking!
I broke up laughing at this one, Sharon. I love the crystals and like Old Man Winter blowing the wind around. Very innovative. I am very, very fond of my ceiling fan and hardly a night goes by when it is not turned on. That soft buzz overhead puts me right to sleep.
LOL Sharon! I think it is a great layout! I can't stand to have the ceiling fan above our bed on when we are sleeping, he laughs at me, I am worried about it falling out of the ceiling, onto us while sleeping..... just can't do it, just can't!!
Great job! I love the bling, the title and the design. I also love being the first to comment on this. (THAT fan is scary. I don't have a fan-phobia, and I'm afraid!) The blown gusts of wind on the page are very clever and go well with the subject/theme. The swirls on the lettering also give a great "fan effect."
Almost everyone who knows me knows that I HATE huge ceiling fans. HATE THEM. They terrify me. I know it's ridiculous, but this irrational phobia has been with me since I was a kid.
This one is in Walmart's Garden Center. I was only able to stop and get a picture of it because it wasn't turned on, blowing, making noise....
I almost didn't want to use the Prima crystals on this layout about one of my worst fears, but when I saw how well they fit the "wind gusts", I had to use them.
