A crossword puzzle is a fun way to journal a child's statistical information. I drew this puzzle on paper and then created the letter boxes as text boxes in Word. I wanted to be able to punch the letter boxes out with a square punch so I measured the first text box and duplicated it over and over until I had all of the boxes I needed in rows on a single sheet of cardstock. Then I filled them with the letters. I added the numbers by hand but they could have been done with seperate text boxes layered over the applicable letter. Question details:

7. Emotion parent's always feel for child (Love)
8. Eye color (blue)
9. Before other sibilings (Firstborn)
10. Year of birth (1975)
