I made the bottom and top flowers using an SVG file and my Cricut. I photocopied a page of piano music from my daughters piano books and then I used Distress Inks, flock and Stickles to finish them. I also cut out the leaves and finished them with Distress Inks. I then used a stylus to curl the flower petals and the leaves.
