my DH called his brother on his birthday saying he was going to stop by afte lunch to bring him his gift. DH told other brother he was going to do that. when we showed up, his brother, his parents and a neice and nephew were all waiting to "surprise" him with a party. They were out eating lunch and had NO idea everybody was gonna be there. to top it all off, the cupcakes were dropped on the way in, quite a mess but they were good.
