This is for the July card challenge. We had to use border punches to create strips of punched paper and then layer them onto a diecut shape (or something like that). The diecut circle is from Lily Bee's Three Little Birds line and is almost six inches across. I folded white cs in half and cut almost all the way around, leaving a bit of fold. I adhered the cupcake to the polkadot circle and then to the white circle card I made. I used a large scalloped circle Nestie to cut more of the pink polka dot paper, stamped Happy Birthday on it, and adhered it inside the card. The felt flourish is from K&Co.
