a day at the lake

This is my attempt at Steam Punk. This is my mom and dad and eventhough it seems disjointed each element was chosen for a reason.
Picture -parents on a date at the lake in Springof 1953
Cupid- My dad says that it was lvoe at first sight
Peacock- my mom said my dad used to strut around like one.
Car- my dad taught my mom to drive in his dads car, my mom drove it into the lake.
Vintage paper, reminds me of clothes my mom wore.
dress form- my mom made the dress she has on i the picture.
Dove- Single white dove represents the half of a pair that is left since my dad passed away.
