I originally created this layout for TCR#1, and it has just recently been published in the Australian magazine, Scrapbook Creations. The entire page is based on a 12x12 piece of unbleached calico. After I added all the bits and pieces, I stitched over the whole thing like a crazy woman so the piece resembles a piece of incomplete sewing with all the threads still hanging out from it. The photo is of my mum, who was a seamstress.
