This is a lo I did for the November Scrap Your Swaps Challenge which can be found here:
http://www.scrapbook.com/forums/showtopic.php?tid/1545809/

The robot was made by silverAK26 (Erin). I did add the rubon flowers to her heart and shoes, just because I went a little rubon crazy with my flowers. LOL I thought she would be perfect on a Girls Like Gadgets Too! lo.

I used a piece of shaped pp for a template and cut my flowered pp into the shape. I painted the edges with bright pink paint and then used a black pen to add the faux stitching. I matted the pp onto a piece of green cs, that I used black embossing powder to edge.

I painted he edges of the pics with the bright pink paint and used the paint to cover some distracting background in the pics. I used a lining paint brush to paint around the pics so that the white borders were edged with pink on both sides. I used a black photo pen to do the journaling on one corner of the pic. I added some rubons (words and flowers) to the corners of the pics.

I used 4 different alphas for the title. For "girls", I used black ink and inked the edges of the chipboard alphas, adhered them to the page and traced around them with the white pen. I added some gems to the alphas. For "like", I used square chipboard alphas and matted them onto black cs. For "gadgets", I used pink cs stickers, adhered them, traced them with the white pen, used black stickles to write the letters inside the stickers and added some bling to the ends of each stickle letter. For "too", I used mailbox letters, painted the edges with the bright pink paint and added some pearl bling to the corners of each. I was completely out of "O"s, so I turned "Q"s upside down and thought they made cute "O"s for a robot lo. LOL I decided to do an oversized exclamation point on the page, so I freehand cut one from a piece of plaid pp, painted the edges with the pink paint, matted it onto white cs and then matted onto black cs. For the point of the exclamation, I layered a couple of chipboard pieces and used black ink to ink each piece. I adhered them with a large black brad and I used some rubons on the brad to make it black and white.
