This hat is amazing in person. The outside is lined all by hand with black thick satin adhering black lace around the satin, embellished with chinese braid, hand made paper roses, handmade stick pins with high end jewels, sequins and fringe is on the brim as well! The feathers were left over from a previous which are 7" in height so this is a very substantial hat!
