I handdrew this tag and styled it up with paper and pleated ribbon from pink paisly. It is a long piece of ribbon tucked around the tag to make it look like a skirt. I have also tucked a piece of lace around the neck to make it look like a bolero. Both of these are not not permanently attached. The same goes for the stickpin (which i made myself) and the safetypin with the charm.
