It's a simple layout. I started with a white card, layered on pink houndstooth check, and then cut the pink flocked damask a little shorter with scallop scissors, added a trim of polka dotted medalion cut paper, and white flower attached with a brad. Then I added tiny pink rhinestones to the scalloped part of the card.
