This is such a tender and thought-provoking lo, Sharon! Love love lOVE theses photos! And how perfect is that title and song to remember this special time in your lives. Transitions are challenging, but it's wonderful that you are celebrating and cherishing your family time together now. Gorgeous design and stunning color palette! Definitely a FAVE! :)
AMAZING - the photos, the journaling and the title are all so perfect together. The girls look like they are having so much fun - you captured their loving relationship beautifully. another awesome lo for them to treasure always.
Love this lo, the gorgeous colours and the multi pic design!! congrats to you for becoming a design team member, you have done an amazing job. Time goes so quick and they grow too fast. I know how you feel as I feel like mine are already gone too in so many ways. I am sure you will have another family vacation like this one, they may not happen as often, but they will happen :)
I saw that challenge earlier tonight. Looks like a fun one for sure. Life has been crazy around here that I'm hoping I will have time to scrap for this challenge. You did a great job on this LO! San Francisco is my favorite big city in the U.S. Hope you guys had a wonderful time!
What a heartwarming lo Sharon!!!!! Great pix of the 2 of them & I love the sentiment here!!! Your design & title work rocks!!! btw...... LOVE that song!!!
My favorite song!!!!!!!!!!!!!I know that version of the song...it's fantastic! this is my DH's & my song, we had the band play it as our first dance together at our wedding, so this LO is doubly heartwarming for me. I just love the photos of your two gorgeous girls together under the GG bridge. your journaling is so sweet & lovely & brought tears to my eyes....it is a reminder to me that my son will be going off to Japan soon. a really beautiful LO!
First, love title and the journaling actually brought tears to my eyes. I really love the large picture at the top with your journaling in strips across it. Lovely, lovely design. My daughter turns 14 this Wed and I just can't believe so much time has gone by.
Oh so sweet!!!!!!!! Beautiful work on this LO!!! Love the pictures, your inking, and the journaling strips with the typewritten font is spectacular! FAVE
This week's "Scrapping The Music" song is in honor of the civil rights activist, Martin Luther King, Jr's birthday. The song is "Stand By Me," and it's special version done by a group called "Playing For Change." We just got home from our vacation in San Francisco, CA. I felt a little sad after we got home, because Katie is going to college next year, and we may never have the chance to take a vacation like this again. This song inspired me to use some of the photos from our trip with the hope that Katie and Anne will always stand by each other!
