Day 8 @ 365Cards.blogspot.com - Today's challenge is to create an Arch card.
Mine was inspired by two different cards put into one. I liked Wendy Colledge card I found on her blog (http://wendymade.blogspot.com/). I got the inspiration for a round arch instead of the pointy arch and the size of the card (5 x 7 then cut the arch on the top). I got a majority of my inspiration from my friend Becky who use to own Creations Unlimited. She is an amazing card maker and she made an all white card with a window on it (and window box with flowers) several years ago using a Lasting Impressions Template. I decided to make my whole card a arch window. I used my coluzzle and craft knife to cut out the window. The window is backed with vellum and yellow card stock to mimick light inside the window.
