Journaling: 12-Don moved the tomato plants out into the sun today, and I discovered this first tiny tomato. I can’t wait until the harvest comes in.
13-I finally replaced the Bible Don gave me when we were engaged with a new one, but I still opted for the 1967 Scofield notes edition.
14- This is the tile that will be going on our backsplash as soon as Alex has time to install it.
15-This week’s recipe was Parmesan Risotto. It was pretty good, but I think maybe I should have cooked it a tad longer.
16-Karen’s mom Cathy has made me several quilted wall hangings in my favorite colors: green and purple. Love those colors!
17-We bought this tanzanite ring in the Virgin Islands during our first and only cruise back in January 2008. You can’t go wrong with jewelry as a souvenir.
18-This is the David Winter cottage that Janice gave me years ago, the one that started my collection. The company was sold at one point, and I’m not even sure if they’re still being manufactured.
