Your Karen is going to be so impressed with this scrapbook. I love that you are doing a lot of history from her dad's side. What a great idea to include a 5 page history about Yatesboro. Wonderful old photo's. I should get motivated and do some like this for my children.

Yatesboro, PA

This is for dd Karen's book and this is photos of the houses that her Dad lived in as a boy growing up in a PA coal mining town in the 40's & 50's. It is a beautiful area with scenic views, however life there was very hard in those days. The journaling reads about the Company Store, where everything was purchased. I included a 5 page history and stories about Yatesboro behind this page. These photos were taken in 1969 when we went back to see the town and how he lived.
