This is a cake decoration I made out of the Melissa Frances stacking boxes and Her 5th Avenue papers and vintage silver glitter. Also the girl on top is an empty perfume bottle. The cake is on top of a pedestal I made out of a dollar store candlestick and the lid of a butter spread tub covered in decorative paper from an old K and Co. line.
