My niece Chloe is so beautiful! When I saw these pics, I knew I had to scrapbook them! Tried a new technique I saw in Scrapbooks ETC. magazine using the bakers twine & the scalloped circle... that was fun! And I still love to work with paper doilies, so airbrushed them to put under the scalloped circles. Thanks for looking!
