A few years back we went on a family vacation to the Outer Banks in North Carolina. My daughter was running up and down the beach looking for sand dollars and pirate treasure. Instead of gold she found a feather from a sea gull and she couldn't have been happier. Not sure the birds were so excited as she kept chasing them trying to give it back. :D
