The Text:
The food trucks started gathering in the downtown area last summer. I’m not sure exactly why or how they started, but it’s one of the best things to happen in our town! It’s one of the largest unplanned (meaning, spontaneous) gatherings of food trucks in the country! They serve all kinds of cuisines from Southern, to Native American, to Korean, to Barbecue, to Hawaiian Fusion, to Philly style sandwiches, to hamburgers, to Sushi, you name, they serve it! And it’s revitalized the town center. After, of course, problems with bathrooms and trash were sorted out between the town council and the trucks.
