Contrary to popular belief, there are gorgeous mountains in New Mexico. This pic was taken in the Jemez mountains of the Carson National Forest. The area is fairly remote, and the only neighbor we usually have is the occasional cow, LOL. We love this area and even spent Christmas here in the snow one year! TFL
I created this for the June Round Robin challenge with wonderful inspiration from two of my talented teammates SonjaC and MissaontheRun.
The mat behind the photo is another photo of the same area that I converted to black/white and printed on patterned paper.
