I've never been to Bangkok but would love to go just to see this temple. I wouldn't have gone up either, my knees are too weak and I may not have been to get back down. Bill goes to the tops of buildings and takes pictures for me if it the buildings are tall. Love that you encluded the memorbilia. Is that the ticket for admittance to go up?

Love the fact that you used the entrance ticket and memorabilia. That is what makes a travel LO so special. That is a lot of stairs and it is high!!!

Wat Arun left

One of the best temples we saw in Bangkok. Although I would have loved to enjoy the view, the steps were too steep and I was sure I might be able to go up, but would be too scared to come down again.
