Beautiful! I have some of those stickers and need to do a wine card for a friend's bday next month. Love the foldout design! I actually researched these gate cards and found some instructions on how to make them. I used your idea of cutting two cuts so it would fold out. If you look on my gallery you can see what I came up with. Thanks for the great idea!!
