Of course the Scotland trip again :-). . . this was a stop in Ireland, we'd been in the general area a few years prior but never got the chance to stop and check this out, I'm so glad we did! I used some awesome paper with shields on it, and then made two round embelishments - ran them through the Cuddle Bug and then painted the raised designs with Perfect Pearls, I made a paper "ribbon" for the edges and then cut transperencies for the top that I put rub on quotes. the title is just gold sticker letters :-)
