Our granddaughter gets her kindergarten certificate. I printed the bright yellow background. All of the bg layers are cut with the cricut. I designed the scallop border with my SCAL 2.0. The clip art is PC HugClub that I printed and fussy-cut. The teachers picture and some of the wording is printed on the background cs.
