Cut cardstock to size and fold in half to form a card base. Cover the front of the card with a variety of patterned papers. Emboss a piece of cardstock using the London Icons embossing folder. Highlight the raised designs with ink and attach the embossed paper to the card front. Attach a strip of patterned paper to a piece of cardstock and die-cut the Postage Stamp Frame and Sized Rectangles out of the layered papers. Attach a strip of ribbon along the left side of the frame. Embellish the bottom of stamp frame with decorative trim and attach to the card front using adhesive foam. Die-cut the number 3 out of cardstock using the Word Play alphabet die and adhere to the card front. Attach a tassel. Die-cut Tattered Banners out of cardstock and patterned paper, embellish with stamps, ink and buttons and adhere to toothpicks or thin wooden dowels and attach to the card front. Stamp a sentiment onto cardstock, trim around the design and attach to the card front using adhesive foam.
