I did this for April MSC WEEK 1 challenge. I did the twist as everything here are scraps & the background paper is from an already opened paper package which I have been using from 2008.
I am also entering this for April Boys & Girls baby category challenge & the April 20/20 challenge.
This is my dh's boss's baby. That is why I covered his face with a piece of cardstock.
