I created this layout using the Little Red Scrapbook October 2013 Tres Belle #1 Kit which features Webster's Pages Postcards from Paris II papers.
I used a paper punch to punch the edges of the petals of the pink Petaloo flowers to give them a softer feel. I also used Ranger Glossy Accents on the chipboard buttons.
