This is for the Rockin' Scrappin Grans challenge. It is from a PageMaps sketch. We were to scrap an event, activity, story that we want our children/grandchildren to know about. I do not have a lot of photo's from my youth and the ones I have are kind of blurry. The photo's I used are from high school, the journaling says:
My high school years were some of the best years of my life. I had many friends and always was in activities. I was a Junior Varsity Cheerleader and was very thrilled when I made the Varsity Squad. Our uniforms were blue and gold and at the time I thought they were so neat. Look how long they are compared to today's lengths!
I always participated in the annual Variety Show called the Crosby Revue, and I was in all the school plays, both One Act and Three Act. My best friends in school, were Punkey, Judy, Phyllis, Gerry, Jeanne and Barbara and of course the boys! Oh, I was also voted most friendly in my senior class along with Robert Fish! At Class Night on
graduation I delivered the Class Prophecy! Our Mascot was the Lion!
