Oh my little boy!! I get a secret thrill every time he shows an interest in a sport of any kind. Call it my planning-for-the-future instincts or whatever, I hope one day he enjoys playing any sport he wants and I will give him every chance to succeed where neither his father or I ever had the opportunity! He loves kicking a soccer ball around (his dad's, Paw Paw's and my secret thrill) as seen in a previous page, and last week he tried throwing a baseball for the first time! LOOK at that stance! Paw Paw was so proud and so am I! He's too young now and I won't ever push him, but the dreams I have for him are still there! For now, it's fun to watch him explore!

This is for Page Maps, Cricut, 5 Ingredients, Project 52, Hoarders and Boys Only challenges. This is Map 2 for April and I used Team Spirit Cart to cut the baseballs. The 5 ingredients spell the word A.P.R.I.L. and are:
A - the word 'allstar' and athlete
P - punch and pennant
R - red and ribbon
I - ink
L - layers and something I love (my son and baseball)

LOVE this Prima line to pieces! LOVE that star mask too and had fun getting messy. I shocked one of my scrap buddies when she saw me squirt a huge dallop of gesso on the center of the page after I'd masked those stars. I think she liked the end result though... :)
