This is a technique I?ve never tried. I learned that more glue is better for this one. Unfortunately I didn?t learn it until all the papers were done and dry. As I began to handle the papers in trimming I realized that the mica powers were leaving the papers for my hands. I added some glue with a sponge brush to ‘anchor’ the powder. Then discarded the brushes because of the loose powders were migrating. As you can probably see the finished image has a lot less shimmer than it started out with. Oh well, lesson learned! Ultimately, I did finish with some interesting papers. More projects to come! LOL
